As organist at Vedbæk church I first met Michala Høj several years ago when she had been engaged as a soloist at a funeral.

Here the very young violinist played Massenet's "Meditation" in such a way that I was deeply moved.

First time at our golden wedding, where all our guests and ourselves

were fascinated by the beautiful music, Michala could conjure out of

her violin.

We also wanted our golf friends to experience that, so instead of the usual prizes after a match, Michala played for us so time almost stood still.
